Lakeridge Amenities

Primarily residential, Lakeridge itself offers no commercial amenities within the community. However, the neighbouring Lakewood Shopping Centre has all the every day essentials, including restaurants, groceries, banking, medical offices, and more. Plus, being surrounded by several fantastic transportation routes—Taylor Street, Boychuk Drive, and Highway 16—residents can easily find their way around the city in moments!

When it comes to recreational amenities, Lakeridge has much more to offer. Crocus Park gives residents access to just under 19 acres outdoor space to explore, with a rink, spray park, tennis court, soccer pitches, ball diamonds, and play structures. And the Lakeridge Community Association—established with the goal of encouraging a sense of community and improving the quality of life—promotes and coordinates several leisure programs and social activities throughout the year!

Both public and Catholic elementary educations can be found in Lakeridge at Lakeridge and St. Luke Schools.
