Avalon

Located in the heart of south-central Saskatoon, Avalon is a mature neighbourhood with deep roots in the city's rich history. Home to over 3,400 residents, Avalon's development was mostly completed in the 1960s, with some additional homes added in the 1990s. However, with the rising popularity of infill properties, several modern renovations and designs can be found here, as well, though the average home price remains quite reasonable at just over $325,000.
